Cormac Hill

Cormac is a researcher with experience in both Data Analytics and Software Development at the Nimbus Research Centre. His key interests are application development, embedded programming, and data analytics, and he has experience developing bespoke desktop and mobile applications, programming microcontrollers and embedded systems in isolation and in internet of things (IoT) configurations, and building and training machine learning algorithms.
Within Nimbus, he has undertaken projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence including Forecasting and Financial Analysis, as well as Software projects utilising Python and no-code platforms such as Bubble. With a background in Computer Science and Data Analytics, his knowledge and experience from both of these technical fields can be applied to deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple disciplines.
