Moya Cronin
UX Researcher
Moya Cronin is a UX Researcher at the Nimbus Research Centre. She holds a BA (Hons) in Creative Digital Media and a Masters by Research within the Media Communications Department of MTU, on the Implications of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) on teaching.
Her research explores the evolving role of GAI in education, examining its impact on teaching practices, digital literacy, and change management methods for individuals. As part of the SEAI-funded MOBILISE project and the Research Ireland-funded Cyber Safety project, she has played a role in planning and facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and iteratively designing user-centred resources. Additionally, she has collaborated with a variety of clients through the Nimbus Research Centre through UX and UI projects to support SMEs in designing user-friendly, accessible interfaces and services.
